Conference Ticket
The standard registration fee includes a conference bag, access to all three conference days, lunches, coffee breaks, and the banquet dinner.
Each main conference paper must be accompanied by at least one Early Bird standard registration in order to be included in the conference program.
To encourage student participation, we also offer a Student Lite Package, which includes access to the conference sessions and coffee breaks only.
Local volunteer students are eligible for a waived registration fee. Local participants who require financial support are kindly requested to contact us at paclic<dot>vlsp<at>gmail<dot>com.
Early Bird Rate
To qualify for Early Bird Rates, full payment should be made on or before November 5, 2025.
