About

Speaker verification systems usually require a huge amount of data to achieve commercial performance. However, obtaining a new speaker dataset in any language is a time-consuming and costly task. With the aim to leverage the development of speaker verification (SV) in Asian languages, the Multilingual Speaker Verification (MSV) Challenge 2022, a joint shared-task of O-COCOSDA and VLSP 2022, has been designed for understanding and comparing modern speaker verification techniques.

This year’s challenge will feature two evaluation tracks (sub-challenges), namely A-MSV and I-MSV. The detailed information as well as the timeline of the two tracks can be found below:

1. A-MSV: Focusing on the development of SV systems in various Asian languages
