INLG 2025 Registration

Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Method 1: PayPal

This method is only for international transactions. Local participants should select Method 2 or Method 3.

Payment via PayPal will be available starting from September 17, 2025.

To pay via PayPal, please log in to your PayPal account and use the following link:
paypal.me/inlg2025/amount
Replace amount with your registration fee plus a flat USD 5 PayPal processing fee (to help cover PayPal’s higher transaction charges). This additional fee will also be shown on your receipt.

When making the payment, please include a note as follows:

• For Paper registration: INLG 2025 from [Author Name] for Paper ID [XXX]
• For Attendance registration: INLG 2025 from [Participant Name]

The participant must fill out the registration form with payment proof and a student card (for student participants).

Method 2: Bank Transfer

If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, please ensure that all bank transfer fees are covered by the sender.

For bank transactions, the participant must fill out the registration form.  The following documents must be attached: Deposit slip, student card (for student participants).

Method 3: On-site payment
Walk-ins may pay on-site and on a cash basis (only Vietnam dongs and US dollars will be accepted for on-site payment).
Local participants should use Method 2 (VND payment) or Method 3.
